Return and Refund Policy
At INLANDET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.
Returns
• Returns must be made within 14 days from when you have picked up your item.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@inlandet.se to receive a return label.
• Return shipping costs 69 SEK within Sweden and 250 SEK outside of Sweden. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
• You can also make your return free of charge in our store at Årevägen 115, 837 52 ÅRE, Sweden.
Condition of Returned Items
• The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• If the item has been used or damaged, or if the packaging is damaged, we cannot offer a full refund.
• Please contact us if this has happened or if the product has been used in any way.
Refunds
• Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you.
• Refunds take approximately 2–4 days from when we receive the item.
• The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you wish to exchange a product, please make a new purchase in the store.
• Once we have received your returned item, we will refund you according to our refund policy.
Unclaimed Packages
• If you do not pick up your package, we will charge the shipping cost plus an additional handling fee of 300 SEK.
Exceptions
• Certain items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products or special orders. Please contact us for more information.
