Return and Refund Policy


At INLANDET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.


Returns


Returns must be made within 14 days from when you have picked up your item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@inlandet.se to receive a return label.

Return shipping costs 69 SEK within Sweden and 250 SEK outside of Sweden. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

You can also make your return free of charge in our store at Årevägen 115, 837 52 ÅRE, Sweden.


Condition of Returned Items


The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

If the item has been used or damaged, or if the packaging is damaged, we cannot offer a full refund.

Please contact us if this has happened or if the product has been used in any way.


Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you.

Refunds take approximately 2–4 days from when we receive the item.

The refund will be made to the original method of payment.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product, please make a new purchase in the store.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund you according to our refund policy.


Unclaimed Packages


If you do not pick up your package, we will charge the shipping cost plus an additional handling fee of 300 SEK.


Exceptions


Certain items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products or special orders. Please contact us for more information.
