Shipping Policy
Delivery and Handling
We aim to ship your order within 1 business day after it has been placed and approved. Orders received on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. During sales periods and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs

Within Sweden:
- Standard shipping: 49 SEK
- Free shipping on orders over 599 SEK

Pick up in store:
- Always free

Other International countries*:
- Orders outside Sweden: 250 SEK
- Free shipping to Finland, Denmark, and the Baltics on orders over 2000 SEK
Delivery Times
- Sweden: Usually 2–4 business days
- Outside of Sweden*: Approximately 3–10 business days
*Other countries we ship to at this moment: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia.
Carriers and Tracking
- Within Sweden, we usually ship with DB Schenker. Once your package has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
- International orders are usually shipped with DHL.
- For returns within Sweden, you can use the included return label for a return shipping fee of 69 SEK.
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for arranging return shipping. We charge no extra for returns that arrive at our shop with no damages to the product or its original packaging.
Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your order, or if the recipient is unavailable at delivery, a fee of 300 SEK will be charged to cover administrative and return shipping costs.
