The Nomad is built for the splitboarder who wants control, responsiveness and light weight for long rides. The chassis is made of CNC-machined aluminum with open sides that allow the board to flex naturally and maintain the feel of the ride. It features a C4 Highback in carbon fiber reinforced nylon that provides stable support in edge pressure, but with enough mobility for comfortable touring.
The Active Joining™ system locks the binding tightly to the board, eliminating play, making the splitboard feel like a solid board even in ride mode. The Dual Ride-Stride system makes it easy to switch between touring and riding, and the Dual-Speed Riser with Heel-Lock provides adjustable tilt for efficient climbing on steep terrain.
The binding has a medium/stiff flex for a balance between control and comfort, and weighs in at around 640 grams per foot , making it light enough for long tours without sacrificing stability.
