Norway is one of the best countries in the world for mountaineering. There are high and exciting mountain peaks scattered across almost the entire country. In parts of Norway, there is as much snow as in Japan or Canada. And you can ski under the Northern Lights or the midnight sun – or with a sea view!

The drop heights are generally greater than in Sweden, but contrary to what you might think, most of the peaks are easily accessible, there is often a road to the foot of the mountain.
